A Journey to Restore your Attention with Intention in the Heart of Greece

Kythira, Greece | October 12–19, 2025

Let’s go on a journey

On the island of Kythira, where the Aegean meets the Ionian and mythology lingers in the wind, you’ll find a space that invites stillness, reflection, and quiet transformation. From slow mornings to moonlit rituals, this journey is designed to soften the noise of everyday life and bring you closer to your essential self.

Living gently and deliberately, we’ll explore Kythira’s villages, hidden beaches, and sacred sites. We’ll connect with locals through shared meals, traditional crafts, and stories passed down through generations. Each day offers grounding movement, meditative practices, and elemental experiences — sound baths, foraging, thermal sea soaks, and time to simply be.

Opt in to what calls you — move, pause, immerse, or observe. This is a retreat shaped by rhythm, not schedule.

Open to all with a curious spirit, open heart, and a bathing suit. Let’s meet our personal edge together and allow the spirit of the island to guide us back to what matters.

Why Kythira?

Often called the island of Aphrodite, Kythira is a place of dualities — wild yet serene, storied yet untouched. Removed from the mainstream, its soul lies in its stillness, in the sincerity of its people, and in the land’s quiet wisdom. Here, life moves intuitively: local foods are harvested with care, time stretches and contracts with the sun, and connection — to self, to others, to nature — is effortless.

We’ll embrace it, honor it, and experience firsthand how presence, beauty, and simplicity are a way of life here.

Meet Angie

Energetic, empathetic, and effervescent, Angie DiCiccio maintains a keen sense of joy laced with curiosity to create spaces that feel at home. She is constantly learning and loves to share so that her experience may inform the creation of your experience. Angie recently moved back to the Boston area after spending some time abroad in Nosara, Costa Rica, and Greece. The space, variety, and practice of settling into home in many locations throughout the year has offered a profound perspective on the importance of developing daily habits that align intentions and attentions for creations, observations, and community. She is delighted to share parts of her global travels through practice both on and off the yoga mat.

Angie’s first visit to Greece set in motion a long-time love for the glassy blue seas, the depth of flavor and love of Greek meals, and poetic grace of the stars above the islands. Angie’s favorite part of creating retreats is the opportunity to spend extended time in the presence of her incredible community and share in the aw and admiration of our beautiful landscapes together! Her retreat offerings present a spectrum of movement modalities from high energy yoga sculpt, rhythmic flows, and spin classes to intentional foundational workshops and restorative mindfulness practices that bring texture, aligned attention, and purposeful intention.
